Thanksgiving is right around the corner which means it’s time to start planning our delicious holiday menu. And no Cordi family meal would be complete without wine, of course!
We have paired our wines with some of our Turkey Day family favorites. Below you will find recipes and a link to our wine shop so you too can enjoy these tasty food and wine pairings this holiday.
May you and your family have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving - cheers!
Appetizer: Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Smokies

Salad: Teresa’s Cranberry Salad Wine Pairing: 2017 Estate Roussanne
Recipe: Teresa’s Cranberry Salad
Ingredients:
1 bag whole cranberries
1 green apple, cored not peeled
1 orange with peel
Directions:
1. Use one bag of fresh cranberries, one green apple, and one orange. Recipe is easily doubled or tripled!
2. Finely chop. I use my grandmother's antique hand grinder. Any blender or food processor should work if you want to be in the 21st Century!
3. Sprinkle with sugar to taste. We like ours tart.
4. Enjoy with those you love!
Entree: Turkey, Rosemary Stuffing & Spiced Yams
We always stick to the classics, with a little twist...Fresh rosemary from the garden is a great addition to any savory stuffing recipe and a little sprinkle of cayenne in our yams adds a nice kick to a sweet dish.
